David and LeeAnn Ramsey have been married since 1982 and are the parents of a grown son. After many years in vocational evangelistic work, they have been in leadership at Rock Springs Church since 1993. David enjoys getting away and going scuba-diving.

Jacob Plemons has been a part of Rock Springs Church since the very beginning, and now serves as Executive Pastor. Born in Durango, Jacob has considered Montezuma County home for most of his life. He has a passion for music and worship, and some of his greatest joy comes from his role as Worship Pastor. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on water whenever possible.

Tonya FishCelebrate Recovery Ministry
Tonya Pilcher is the Ministry Leader of Celebrate Recovery. She has lived in Mancos her entire life, and is the proud mother of two young men who have also been called to ministry. Tonya has called Rock Springs her church home since 2003, and she’s honored to have the opportunity to use her God-given S.H.A.P.E. as leader of the CR ministry. In her downtime she enjoys time outdoors, hunting for rocks and fishing.
Secily Toles

Secily Toles is the Women’s Minister, and oversees the Sisterhood and Wellspring environments at Rock Springs Church. Oklahoma born and raised, she has called Montezuma County home for nearly two decades. Secily is passionate about helping women realize their worth and discover their giftings. She has been married to her husband Tod for more than twenty years, and they are the proud parents of a daughter and two sons.
Bethany Turner
Bethany TurnerAdministration and Ministry
Bethany Turner serves as the Director of Administration for Rock Springs Church. She’s the author of The Secret Life of Sarah Hollenbeck (2017) and Wooing Cadie McCaffrey (2019), published by Revell/Baker Publishing Group . She is passionate about writing for a new generation of readers who crave fiction that tackles the thorny issues of life with humor and insight. She and her husband, Kelly, and their two sons have attended Rock Springs since 2005.
Kristen Tworek
Kristen TworekFinance
Kristen Tworek came to Cortez in 2012 after deciding it was time for a life change. Leaving behind a corporate accounting job on the east coast, she took an AmeriCorps position with The Bridge Emergency Shelter. Though it was a vast change from her former life, she quickly fell in love with the beauty of the Southwest and the Four Corners community. Kristen is passionate about building and strengthening her community. She volunteers as a mentor for the Pinon project and is a board member at KSJD. In her free time, Kristen and her dog, Sam, can be found kayaking, hiking, camping and taking her Ford Focus where no Ford Focus has gone before.
